1. The service
VetFlow is an AI team-building platform. Builders can create projects and positions, discover and assess talent, and measure team chemistry. Talent can build a profile, be discovered, and connect with teams. Members can take part in The Lounge and message one another. These terms govern your use of the platform and our website.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful purposes.
3. Membership & fees
Talent membership is free. Builder plans range from a free tier to paid and bespoke memberships, agreed with you before you begin. Where fees apply they are billed in advance and, unless stated otherwise, are non-refundable for the period already started. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
4. Assessments & matches
Assessments, scores and Team Chemistry analysis are AI-generated decision-support tools — they are estimates, not guarantees. VetFlow does not guarantee that talent will be hired or that builders will find a given role. Final decisions, offers and working arrangements are entirely between the parties involved.
5. Member content & conduct
You retain ownership of the content you post, and grant us a licence to host and display it to operate the platform. You must not post unlawful, harmful, infringing or misleading content. Images are screened automatically and we may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms. Be respectful — The Lounge is a professional space.
6. Data protection
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process talent data on a builder's behalf, we do so as their data processor under appropriate terms.
7. Availability & liability
We work to keep the platform available and accurate but provide it on an "as is" basis, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions? Email hello@vetflow.co.uk.
